As a Team Manager, you will oversee a team of Insurance Process Associates, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of tasks related to claims processing, data entry, policy checks, and other key insurance services.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead our Insurance Process team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in insurance-related processes. As a Team Manager, you will oversee a team of Insurance Process Associates, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of tasks related to claims processing, data entry, policy checks, and other key insurance services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Insurance Process Associates to ensure smooth execution of insurance-related processes such as data entry, claims processing, certificate management, policy checks, and quote preparation.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance productivity and quality of service.
- Ensure the team meets service targets and client expectations by maintaining consistent workflow and adherence to established processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure overall operational success.
- Assist with the training and development of new team members.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely and professional resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all tasks and projects.
- Utilize Agency Management Systems (AMS360, Applied EPIC, Saggita, Ezlynx, Hawsoft) and rating applications to streamline processes and improve workflow.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in the BPO or Insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Experience working with Agency Management Systems (AMS360, Applied EPIC, Saggita, Ezlynx, Hawsoft), rating applications, and other software applications is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize critical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
- Proven track record of improving team performance and client satisfaction.
