Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Insurance BPO Account Executive with a solid background in Insurance Sales and Property & Casualty (P&C). In this role, you will generate new business opportunities nationwide, offering our specialized back-office outsourcing services to insurance entities across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business with independent agencies, brokers, MGAs, and carriers across the U.S.
- Promote services delivered by our Virtual Assistants, including quoting, renewals, policy checking, endorsements, and administrative support.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and customized presentations tailored to client workflows.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and networking strategies.
- Partner with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
- Represent the company at insurance industry events, trade shows, and forums.
- Provide accurate forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities and goals.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Insurance Sales, preferably with a background in Property & Casualty (P&C).
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the insurance or outsourcing sectors.
- Strong understanding of agency operations, workflows, and insurance back-office processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
