- Endorsement processing and checking
- Claims filing
- Monitoring and follow-up on pending cancellations
- Document preparation and organization
- Issuing Certificates of Insurance
- Mail processing
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license
- 1+ year experience as a CSR or Account Manager
- Understanding of Property & Casualty insurance coverages
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
- Experience with Agency Management System such as AMS360, Applied Epic, Applied TAM, etc.
